Adventure Wagon will build a custom Interior Kit as detailed in the submitted documents. Configurator pricing should be used as a guideline, and is subject to change until final payment is received. The buyer assumes full responsibility for installing all components according to the included instructions, and acknowledges that basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools is required for installation. Any deviation from the stated instructions will void any product warranty. If buyer is not capable of proper installation, the buyer will seek the help of a qualified expert. The buyer understands that any requests for changes to the configuration detailed in this document may result in added costs and production times. The buyer acknowledges that any images in the online configurator tool are a representation, and the actual product may vary. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the warranty and return policies online. All sales are final.

- Adventure Wagon designs, manufactures, and sells modular interior systems and related products for vans. All products are intended for installation and use in accordance with their specifications and guidelines.
- Products may require professional installation. Customers acknowledge they are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use.
- Payment and Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other terms are explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Adventure Wagon is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.
- Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
- Custom or special-order products are non-refundable including but not limited to the following:

- A-Frame and ceiling bracers
- Track
- Smart Floors
- Smart Seats
- Exterior components not stocked by Adventure Wagon
- Warranty
- Adventure Wagon offers a limited 3-year warranty on its products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- All third-party items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and may require inspection by Adventure Wagon.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Liability Disclaimer
- Adventure Wagon is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or installation of its products, including improper or unapproved modifications.
- Products are sold “as-is” except as covered under the limited warranty.
- Intellectual Property
