Adventure Wagon prides itself on sourcing high quality materials and manufacturing as much in house or locally as we can. To do this and keep prices accessible to all our customers, our margins are relatively thin compared to other companies in the van space. We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to negotiate or increase discounts. It’s also important to remember that you will be making the largest part of the revenue off the installation labor cost you will charge. We have many installers who have been a part of the program for years and thriving so don’t let the margins deter you – the Adventure Wagon system is an incredible foundation for you to build on top of to make the van build of your clients dreams in record time.

Tier 1: Recommended Builders
The Recommended Builder option is ideal for new installers who have installed two or less Adventure Wagon Interiors. If you have purchased and installed 2 or more Adventure Wagon Interiors, please refer to Tier 2.
If approved Recommended Builder status valid for 1 year. Once two installations are complete, you are eligible to apply for certified installer status.
Requirements:

Benefits:
- Exclusive builder discount on your first two kits
- Online Recognition: Get listed on the Adventure Wagon website as a Recommended Builder before completing your first installation.

Tier 1: Recommended Builder Application
Tier 2: Certified Installer
For installers with proven expertise and experience with multiple Adventure Wagon installations.
As part of the vetting process, we require installers to have installed two full Adventure Wagon systems. You can either do this by starting at Tier 1 listed above, or once you’ve purchased and installed two Adventure Wagon Interiors independently.
Requirements:
- Must complete the following to be eligible. Adventure Wagon reserves the right to deny an application for any reason.
- Minimum of 2 complete Adventure Wagon installations purchased by the business applying for installer status.
- Positive reference check and approved application.
- Positive web presence
- Active company website, email, phone number, location
Benefits:
- Exclusive Certified Installer discounts on all Adventure Wagon products.
- Featured on the Adventure Wagon website as a Certified Installer.
- Email shout out announcing Certified Installer Status.
- Opportunity for Social Media Collaboration posts
- Installer responsibility to initiate collaboration
Maintenance:
- Install a minimum of 2 kits per year to retain Certified Installer status and discount
- Performance evaluated annually based on the previous year’s bookings.
Tier 2: Certified Installer Application
Tier 3: Premier Installer
The highest level of partnership, reserved for installers with a significant track record of success. Premier status can be revoked for any reason. Installers with this status are expected to operate at the same level of customer satisfaction and build quality as Adventure Wagon.
Requirements:
- Completion of 40+ Adventure Wagon kits.
Benefits:
- Eligible for additional premium discounts.
- Premier Installer designation on the Adventure Wagon website.
- Social media post announcing premier installer status.
Maintenance:
- Install a minimum of 10 kits per year to retain Premier Certified Installer status and discount
- Performance evaluated annually based on the previous year’s bookings.
Installer Requirements and Expectations:
- Installers are required to order 2 interior systems per year to maintain Installer status.
- Installers are expected to make all payments on time. The full payment must be processed before the product is shipped from our facility.
- Installers act as the primary point of contact for clients with Adventure Wagon interiors, handling all orders and customer service. Adventure Wagon minimizes direct contact with installer clients to reduce confusion and ensure seamless experience. Installers are expected to provide the same high standard of customer service as Adventure Wagon.
- As collaborative partners, Adventure Wagon and Installers value feedback and ideas for product improvement. Constructive criticism is not only welcomed but encouraged, as it allows us to continually enhance our offerings and procedures. However, public disparagement of Adventure Wagon or our products is strictly prohibited, as it detracts from the positive customer experience we aim to provide.
- Transparent and prompt communication between the Installer and Adventure Wagon.
- In addition to providing exceptional service, Installers must promote Adventure Wagon in their marketing efforts. By highlighting Adventure Wagon as the platform for van builds and emphasizing their expertise in installing our products, Installers enhance customer experience and solidify our partnership.
- The installer is responsible for all client interactions from initial inquiry to post-delivery support. If an installer’s client must reach out to Adventure Wagon directly about an issue, we view this as a failure on the part of the installer.
- Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that every customer who chooses an Adventure Wagon interior receives nothing short of outstanding service and satisfaction, from initial inquiry to final installation and beyond.
- If Adventure Wagon or the Installer feels that the other is not meeting the requirements of this agreement in any way the partnership can be terminated by either party at any time.
- Adventure Wagon will not tolerate fabrication or copying of any Adventure Wagon components.
The base Adventure Wagon Modular Interior System Includes the following:
- Electrical: A comprehensive wiring harness and accessories meticulously designed to power the Adventure Wagon Kit. The fully assembled and loomed harness seamlessly connects to the stock Sprinter battery and features electrical leads to two fans, heater, lights, USB-A, USB-C and 12v outlets as well as auxiliary leads. The included power ports and fuse block are marine grade, and all necessary installation hardware is provided. Terminals and connectors are already installed for ease of setup.
- Insulation Package: Crafted for optimal comfort and noise reduction, this package includes Hushmat sound deadener, 3M wall and ceiling insulation pre-cut to match the vans interior cavities, and double-sided tape for hassle-free installation. Additionally, all interior panels are backed with an insulated reflective material.
- Ceiling Fan: One Maxxair ceiling fan, placement template, mounting ring (if necessary), trim ring tailored to fit, adhesive, sealant, electrical connections, and installation hardware. An optional second fan is available for added convenience.
- Wall and Ceiling Bracers: These powder-coated, pre-assembled bracers serve as sturdy support structures for L-track installation points and optional bed and storage systems. They have been carefully designed to follow the curves of the van to ensure precise location of the L-track mounting system and panel fitment. They also maximize interior space without compromising structural integrity. Installation is straightforward using included rivets and rivet nuts, with all necessary hardware provided.
- L-track System: Elevate your cargo management with aircraft-style L-track, pre-cut and pre-drilled for seamless installation on walls and ceilings into the provided bracers.
- Wall and Ceiling Panels: 6mm marine-grade plywood panels, upholstered in your choice of fabric from our provided options (additional fabric options may be available upon inquiry), and backed with Low E insulation for added comfort. Pre-drilled for effortless mounting of power outlets, ceiling panels are thoughtfully designed with cutouts for fan(s) (if needed), and LED lights are already installed. If bunk windows are selected, the wall panels will come precut and reinforced with a support stiffener to maintain the camber of the wall of the van. A placement template is provided to ensure quick and consistent placement of pill windows. All installation hardware is included for your convenience.
- Molded Trim: Enhance the aesthetic appeal with custom-molded upholstered interior panels tailored to complete areas of the van with difficult curves and angles. Mounting hardware is included for quick and easy installation.
Adventure Wagon Accessories: Upon installation of the base package using the above components, you'll have everything necessary to mount optional add-ons like our MOAB bed, Mule bags, and other innovative van solutions.
It is important to note that we work hard to create complete solutions. Because of this we do not piece out products or parts, regardless of the circumstance.
Having said that, we understand that certain builds require a larger amount of customization on top of the base kit and certain components like the electrical system and fabric can be subtracted allowing the installer to perform the custom work required by the build.
