Step 1

Install the A-Frame Wall Bracers

Install the four orange vertical A-Frame components — TH1, TH2, TH3, and TH4 — following the positioning, drilling, Rivnut, and riveting process shown in the video. Use the factory indexing points to correctly position each bracer, and make sure all drilled holes are deburred, cleared of metal shavings, and treated with rust preventative before securing the A-Frame in place.

Step 2

Install the Vertical L-Track

Secure each of the four vertical L-Track sections to its corresponding A-Frame bracer using the provided hardware. Make sure the track sits flush against the A-Frame as you work and tighten the hardware evenly. If your van already has vertical L-Track installed as part of an Adventure Wagon Modular Interior System, skip this step.

Step 3

Install the MOAB Bed Rails

Position the horizontal MOAB Bed rails at your desired bed height and secure them to the vertical L-Track using the provided L-Track studs. Confirm that the rails are mounted at matching heights on both sides of the van so the bed will sit level before fully tightening the hardware.

Step 4

Install the MOAB Bed Panels

Place the MOAB Bed panels onto the horizontal bed rails and secure them in position. Make sure each panel is fully seated before use. The modular rail system allows the bed height to be adjusted later by repositioning the rails along the vertical L-Track.
