Electrical System
Adventure Wagon’s integrated wiring harness system makes powering your camper van interior simple, clean, and reliable. Each harness is pre-cut to length for your specific van platform, reducing excess wiring and simplifying cable management. Color-coded and clearly labeled wires make installation easy, while protective sheathing and corrugated loom protect against abrasion and wear. Designed to integrate with the A-Frame, harnesses route through the pillars to power outlets, lighting, and accessories, all connecting to a conveniently located fuse block for a clean electrical setup. With corrosion-resistant USB and 12V outlets from Blue Sea Systems and dimmable red/white LED lighting, Adventure Wagon provides a professional-grade electrical foundation built for years of adventure.

Adventure Wagon interior panels are precision-engineered to deliver the cleanest fit and finish for Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit camper van interiors while giving you the flexibility to evolve as your adventures change. Available in durable black HexaPly, bamboo, or upholstered panel options, each panel is cut specifically for a perfect fit with no trimming or guesswork. Every panel is backed with Reflectix insulation for improved thermal performance and comfort, while upholstered panels feature thermo-molded trim pieces wrapped in rugged Marathon fabrics for a premium finished look. Outlets and switches come pre-cut for plug-and-play installation, and removable panels make future upgrades, repairs, and customizations simple. L-Track
Adventure Wagon’s L-Track is the foundation of the system’s modular design, giving you the flexibility to mount beds, storage, cabinets, accessories, and gear without drilling new holes. Adventure Wagon uses more L-Track throughout the build than any competitor, with standardized placement for easy compatibility with Adventure Wagon components and a wide range of third-party campervan accessories. The L-Track mounts directly to the A-Frame for a strong, adaptable foundation while also securing the interior panels in place and allowing easy removal for future upgrades, electrical work, or troubleshooting behind the walls. Available in bare aluminum or black anodized finishes, L-Track delivers long-term durability and endless customization options.

Climate Control

Pre-cut and labeled 3M Thinsulate insulation fills the van cavities to help regulate temperature while remaining hydrophobic, preventing moisture absorption and maintaining performance over time. Every interior panel is backed with Reflectix low-E insulation to add another layer of thermal protection, and HushMat sound dampening is applied against the van’s metal surfaces for a quieter, more refined ride. Our precision thermo-molded panels improve fit and finish while helping reduce thermal bridging, noise, and heat transfer throughout the interior. A MaxxAir Deluxe fan provides ventilation, while optional climate upgrades include Espar diesel or gas heaters and the Velit 2000R Mini air conditioning system for true four-season off-grid comfort.
